Take note that we write in English - ask to be answered in English (which they advertise) and suffer though their answers in Spanish. When they do ( rarely ) answer in English - the text is not understandable.

I guess they are trying to find a way to improve - or maybe - sue us and get more funds - since no one in Spain wants to hear about arsys any more.
Yes - people laugh - when we tell them the arsys stories.

EXHIBIT 1 (very recent case of thousands) - February 2013
Comcast ( below ) and other services - for years - constantly refuse our emails due to spam detection. This means that an other of the 459 sites in the same machine and / or IP as ours is spamming - thus all sites are banned - as we all share the same IP.
Comcast Corporation is an American provider of entertainment, information and communications products and services. It is the largest cable operator, one of the biggest mass media, home Internet service provider, and third largest home telephone service provider in the United States, providing cable television, broadband Internet, telephone service and in some areas home security (including burglar alarms, surveillance cameras, fire alarm systems andhome automation) to both residential and commercial customers in 40 states and the District of Columbia.
Found 459 domains hosted on the same web server as jvoichdesigns.com (217.76.130.96). LOOK >>>
Yep. Our 505 euros a year + "ecom" = 636 euros total a year cost ( 53 euros/month ) hosting with arsys is lodged with 459 other sites (today) - all on the same IP.
Now which one(s) are spamming - and who knows what else - which hurts our Search Engine rankings (ex. Google penalizes us and lowers our placings ) - quick - dynamic answers to client´s emails due to documents on this page - etc. etc. etc.

Solution

Web hosts will often reuse IP addresses that spammers have previously blacklisted. You may need to speak with several individuals until you can find a technician who can understand your request.
Acquiring a unique IP address for your web site can cost anywhere from $25 to $100 for an initial setup fee, and $2 to $25 per month thereafter.

In an effort to protect subscribers, your email server has been blocked from sending email to the Comcast network. Mail servers are typically shared by many users so it may be the case that another party using your email server has sent spam, even if you have not.

Please note: In order to consider unblocking your IP, Comcast requires some technical information. Por nuestra parte no podemos excluir la dirección IP de dicha Lista Negra, ya que la política y requerimientos que solicitan están fuera de los estándares adecuados.
